Construction & Materials

Manufactured from high-strength low-alloy steel, the component undergoes a controlled heat-treatment process of quenching and tempering, achieving a surface hardness of HRC 40–45 for excellent wear resistance, paired with a tough, ductile core to withstand impact loads and torsional stress. The raw, uncoated steel finish is designed for compatibility with heavy lubrication, providing long service life in dusty, high-load operating environments. The central splined hub is precision-machined to ensure a secure, slip-free connection to drive shafts.

Design Features

Dual Tooth Profile: The outer edge features precision-cut sprocket teeth for meshing with roller chains, while the same profile is optimized to also engage with spur gears, offering flexibility in transmission system design. This dual functionality eliminates the need for separate components, reducing complexity and assembly time.
